In term 1 P4/3 enjoyed learning about stop motion animation. They enjoyed creating simple animations on iPads, where they started to learn about what a frame is and the importance of moving an object very slowly. They then watched different stop motion animations like Morph and Pingu and learnt how they used plasticine models.
The children then created their own plasticine models and created the scenery and storyboard for their short films. They used the app Stop Motion Studio to create their own films and were very proud of what they created.
We will continue to use the skills that they have learnt in Technology in other curricular areas.
