In our website we aim to keep you up to date with school events, pupil achievements and curricular initiatives. In Dunoon Primary we aim to build strong links with parents, partner agencies and our friends in the community in order that our pupils can enjoy a wide range of learning experiences and opportunities. Please do not hesitate to contact the school if you have any questions or queries or indeed any suggestions.
We aim to ensure pupils, parents, staff and our school community work together to develop skills, knowledge, understanding and self-confidence for all. Independence is encouraged through developing choice and challenging opportunities in school and through the celebration of success in learning across all contexts.
All eligible two, three and four year olds are entitled to 1140 hours (pro rata) of funded Early Learning and Childcare (ELC). 1140 hours ELC is intended to support child development, help close the attainment gap through the provision of high quality services, and support parents to work, train or study.
